Farr, Frank Robert

Thank you for your mail.

I have attached a chart of what I have on my system.

Before your mail I only had Frank Robert Farr and Voilet Grace Lambourne in the tree - this information I found in a court notice which only indicated Voilet as his surviving spouse during 1943. The rest I have taken the liberty to add your info - I hope you are OK with this. I have also found that even though Lambourne sounds like a French name, it is as English as you can get - dating back to Anglo-Saxon tribes in Britain. The fact that Farr and Lambourne are so English, we could perhaps surmise that they were married in England which could make Frank a South African ancestor.

To be honest I have not done much to find any connection to one of our South African Farr ancestors (I do not add Farr's further back than that). This in its self has become quite a challenge and I unfortunately have become dependent on people like you who could assist in any small measure to find lost souls.

I will however keep in touch if I do find anything of interest and if you have more it will be most welcome.

I am Frank Robert Farr's Granddaughter, my father was Robert Wilke Farr. I would love to known if we are related and more about the Farr family. Was there an architect of Portuguese descent in my grandfather's family? My father was the only surviving child of Frank and Violet, so I know very little about the family.
